To achieve the best shapes, dress glove factories and sports glove factories are still using the traditional manual glove ironing machine to finish the gloves. That’s why we haven’t made big changes to the dress glove ironing machines and sport gloves ironing machines. While for the volume production of cut & sew work gloves, we have developed new shaping machines for them which can be called semi-auto glove ironing machines. The worker just needs to put the gloves on the heating hand formers, then the machine will finish the glove ironing operation from heating, fourchette inserting, stripping, pressing on the conveyor belt,  and metal detecting to the final inspection and packing team.
