Kids Grip Gloves 

Our kids’ grip gloves are made by the TPE glove injection machine.

The production of this glove is quite easy. First, put the glove liner on the hand mold( we also call it inner mold) neat and flat. Second, input the TPE particles into the glove injection machine, melting the particles into a liquid state at high temperature. Third, inject the liquid TPE into the outer mold through high pressure, cooling it with cold water. Then the TPE will be shaped and cured on the glove liner to form a heavy protective layer. The whole process only takes 18-24 seconds, and it’s free of pollution. The molded injection gloves are ideal for heavy construction, oil & gas industry, maintenance/repair, and heavy installation.

The entire glove is seamless, without any stitching, which can reduce the risk of blisters a lot.

Coating thickness can be adjusted on different areas of the gloves. Thick coating and thin coating can be accomplished on one glove at the same time on different parts of the glove.

The coating area can be specified, you can decide where to coat for protection and where to leave blank for breath. You can also determine where should have a heavy coating for reinforcement and where should have a thinner coating to keep flexibility.

Coating patterns can be customized. You can make your own design for the coating with different patterns, brand logo can also be added at the same time.

The whole production only needs one worker to manage it, cheap labor cost.
