Introduction:
Anti-vibration glove making machine is a new design that making the shock- dampening gloves or shock absorbing gloves through TPE injection process. The machine can inject the TPE material to anywhere of the knitted glove and form a heavy coating on it.
The traditional way of making the impact gloves/ anti-vibration gloves needs different machines. Making rubber patch on one machine then sew them on gloves by another machine. While with this machine, you can complete the whole glove on one machine and at one time.
Main advantages:
Coating thickness can be adjusted on different area of the knitted gloves. Thick coating and thin coating can be accomplished on one glove at the same time on different part of the glove.
Coating area can be specified, you can decide where to coat and where to leave blank for breath. You can also determine where should have heavy coating for reinforcement and where should have thinner coating to keep flexibility.
Coating patterns can be customized. You can make your own design for the coating with different patterns, brand logo can also be added at the same time.
The machine only needs one worker to operate it, cheap labor cost.
