The glove turning machine (also called glove flipping machine) is a new design to turn the glove inside out faster. It’s an innovation to speed up industrial glove production with less labor cost.
There are several different kinds of glove turning machines according to the type of gloves.
For Knitted Gloves
Model# 1: Double-head Vertical Type Glove Turning Machine
This is a small size pneumatic turning machine with two working heads. The two heads can take turns to flip the gloves and bundle them. The machine is good for 13g and 15g gloves, even anti-cut level 3 gloves can be well flipped.
Model# 2: Rotary Horizontal Glove Turning Machine
This is the latest model electricity-driven glove turning machine with a working system. The machine has a wider range of applications, which is workable for 13g、15g、18g nylon gloves and polyester gloves, 7g terry gloves, anti-cut gloves, 10g cotton gloves, Magic gloves, sweat gloves, etc. The flip mode can be switched with one button according to the thickness of the gloves. Gloves with knitted rib cuff can also be easily flipped on this machine.
For Cut and Sew Gloves
Model# 1: Light-duty Pneumatic Glove Turning Machine
This machine needs to work with a small compressor, mainly used for thin fabric gloves, such as hosiery gloves, cotton fabric gloves, inspection gloves.
Model# 2: Middle-Duty Leather Glove Turning Machine
This machine is fully driven by electricity which is suitable for the softer leather gloves and lined Canvas gloves. With this machine, you can turn four fingers out at one time and this is done by four times by the traditional turning tools.
Model # 3: Rotary Heavy Duty Leather Glove Turning Machine
If you are making some heavy-duty gloves with heavy and stiff leather then you will need this machine. It turns the glove finger from inside to outside one by one, just like the manual way of turning gloves. One set of turning tools on the machine fits 4-5 sizes of gloves, which means you won’t need to change anything for the machine if you just make 4-5 sizes of gloves.
Model #4: Auto Mitts Turning Machine
As the Mitts only have two fingers, the turning operation is much easier. While if you are making mitts in big volume, turning is still a heavy task. An automatic machine will be a great help here. In some of the China Oven Mitts producing factories, Mitts turning has been separated into two steps. The first step, using a light-duty pneumatic machine to flip the thumb only. The second step, loading the semi-turned mitts on the auto-turning machine to complete them and taking them off by automatic tongs.
